    SCO pulls Sequent's Unix license

    SCO Group on Wednesday terminated its Unix System V software contract with IBM subsidiary Sequent, potentially curtailing the company's ability to market its Unix-based Dynix/ptx operating system

    I was under the impression that when Novell sold their patents to SCO they had a no cancellation clause for IBM. Doesn't that extend to child companies?

    probably does extend to sequent ,but sco has to do something there stock is sinking and the execs have not sold off all there shares yet.
