    Norton AV includes DRM software?

    I just found this on the message boards at www.cexx.org I can't link to the post but it is in spy-ware general as "please read " The jist of this is that norton is sneaking in a digital rights management program in with their AV (xl.exe) http://www.xtreamlok.com

    Additionally, as a measure to protect users from pirated or counterfeit software, Norton AntiVirus 2004 will also now include a product activation component.

    "protect users".........................now where have I heard that before?...........and why don't I believe it


    Big Bro rides again?........................hey, I'm not condoning theft, piracy or whatever, but I think that trust has to start somewhere?
