    Secruity help

    Well I Just started off in this security thing since i have a box running slackware 8.1 off it.

    I wanted to figure out how to secure it.. But i realized I didn't know THAT much on security so, I read a few biga$$ text files explaining how to close meaningless open ports etc etc. Now i want to know can anyone help me find a detailed text file explaining how to secure a box that has active accounts with users able to login and out.. I want to know how to.. how do i say this.. say in their ~ home directory.
