server migration

Hi, I am trying to move a web site from one server to another. The server with the web site is an NT4 server with IIS 5. The server I would like to move it to is an 2k server with IIS 6. I know about the backup/restore utility in IIS but you cannot restore IIS 6 with IIS 4 or 5. My question is does anyone know of an easy way to do this so I can limit manually trying to migrate. The goal is to bring the new server up so we can migrate the NT 4 to 2k server without suffering any down time. Thanks for all the help.
