ShutDown The Cool way!!!
1)Open up C: prompt ( Start> run > command > cd\)and type in Shutdown -s -t xx -c "xxxxxxxx".
The "xx" after -t is for the time in seconds. for example, if you enter in 22, it will shut
down in 22 seconds. The "xxxxxxxx" after -c is for a comment to make while its shutting down.

Logoff the cool way!!!
1)Open up C: prompt ( Start> run > command > cd\)and type in "logoff".

Change the heading in DOS:
1)Go to dos ( Start> run > command > cd\) .
2)Type in title xxxx. The xxxx is where you put in the title.

Change the label on your C: drive

1)Type in label xxxx (xxxx is the name you want it).

Change the startup splash screen in Windows 98:
1)Open up DOS (of course, and make sure C:> is showing and not anything else) and type in
attrib *.sys and if logow.sys or logo.sys isnt there, type in copy logow.sys c: and if that doesn't
work, typ in copy logo.sys c:.
2)If it works, go to My Computer and go to C:. logo.sys should be there.
3)Since .sys's are read only files, open up command prompt again and (yes, C:> needs to show) type
attrib logo.sys -s -h -r.
4)Go to Paint and go to File > Open and type C: logo.sys. It should open. Edit it as you wish. Then
click "Save"
5)Open MSDOS (YES, C:> MUST SHOW!) and type attrib logo.sys +h +r +s. Thats all there is to it.
When you restart your pc, it should pop up.

Microsoft has many secrets, today we will explore one of there more important
ones that they still really haven't disclosed. Of course the genius minds of
the people today can discover this so a few people might now about this but alot
don't so here we go.

Basically within windows every url you visit, every search you do and every
email and attachment you send gets logged. This can have many disadvantages and
a few advantages but either way i clear this because i don't like the idea of
people seeing what sites i visit and email i write so i will tell you how to see
and if you want delete these logs\files.

2. Let's begin
--------------

Okay lets start first you'll need to make sure you have atleast IE 5 because
older versions do this differently but i explain it for them to anyways lets
start:

First you will need to goto start then shutdown and then click restart in MS-DOS
mode and click okay and the computer will goto a black screen with white text
and a thing saying C:\> with a blinking cursor.

now type the following exactly as you see it:
CD\WINDOWS\TEMPOR~1\CONTENT.IE5
and then this
EDIT /75 INDEX.DAT

now you will probably get a screen with a blue background and alot of weird text
just keep hitting page down until you start seeing all the sites you ever
visited! A little farther down will be all your searches! Amazing huh, isn't
microsoft sneeky.

As soon as i show you were some more is i will tell you how to delete it all
because clearing your history through windows\ie doesn't remove these files!
Some more can be found by:

Typing this:

CD\WINDOWS\HISTORY
now type dir and if you see any files that look like this:
mmXXXX.dat (in that format) then type:

Edit /75 (filename)

Instant see even more evil on microsofts behalf!
No wouldn't it be nice if that was it but no there is more(DAMN YOU MICROSOFT).
Type this:

CD\WINDOWS\HISTORY\HISTORY.IE5
then this:
CD MSHIST~1
and then:
EDIT /75 INDEX.DAT

See told ya so! and now if you type cd .. and then dir you will probably see
more files like MSHIST~5 or 8,etc type CD (name of folder) then edit /75
index.dat and there is even more there!

BY NOW YOUR PROBABLY MAD AT MICROSOFT OR YOU JUST WANT TO REMOVE ALL THESE FILES
SO HERE IS EXACTLY HOW, TYPE THIS EXACTLY(except the things in parenthases those
are notes to you about what your typing does):

C:\WINDOWS\SMARTDRV
(load smart drive)
CD\WINDOWS
(Windows Folder)
DELTREE/Y HISTORY
(Kill all files in history)

Thats about all no more evil history files now about the emails!

######################
Outlook Expres########
######################

1. Introduction
----------------
Basically same as the first half of this except all your outlook express sent
emails and there attachments are being logged, if you do not use outlook express
then this does not apply to you!

2. Let's start
--------------
Okay all your emails that are logged and attachments etc are stored in a file
located here:
Stored Here:

C:\Program Files\internet mail and news\%user%\mail\*.mbx
(replace %user% with your name\alias)

and on some machines here:

C:\windows\application data\microsoft\outlook\mail\*.mbx

(TIP: THe *mbx at the end means that any files with the ending .mbx)

TO REMOVE ALL THESE FILES TYPE THIS BUT BE WARED IT ALSO DELETES YOUR ADDRESS
BOOK SO BACK IT UP!!!

To remove restart in ms-dos mode like before and type this:

cd\windows\internet~1\%user%\mail
deltree/y mail

(NOTE: They are sperate likes so enter them seperatly not as 1 line)

or if the above is not working try this:

cd\windows\applica~1\micros~1\outloo~1\
deltree/y mail

############################
ALL YOUR TEXT FILES LOGGED!#
############################

Note: This only applies if your on windows 95 or if your system has FINDFAST
installed. Check by click START then going to SETTINGS and click CONTROL PANNEL
and look for FINDFAST, if it's not there then you don't have it and this does
not apply to you if you do then read on.

1. Intro
---------
A Program microsoft puts on some systems called findfast indexes your hard drive
and in the process logs all your text files!!!

2. Let's get started
---------------------

Restart in ms-dos mode and type the following:

CD\
Dir FF*.*/AH (Brings up all Find Fast Databases)
Edit /75 %ff% (insert %ff% with any one of the names listed)

See i told you it does!

TO REMOVE THEM FOR GOOD AND STOP IT FROM HAPPENING AGAIN:

****FIND FAST REMOVAL****
(Restart and go in ms-dos mode and type the following):

CD Windows
CD System
Del Findfast.cpl

now start windows up and goto Start then click programs and then startup and
delete the Findfast icon in there(if it will not let your from the startmenu
goto My Computer and click C:\ then click windows and then start menu and then
programs and then startup and delete findfast from there)

now go back into ms-dos mode and type this:

C:\
CD Progra~1
CD Micros~1
CD Office
Del Findfast.exe

RESTART YOUR PC AND YOU ARE DONE!

FTP client via Telnet
Here is how to use FTP client in telnet... It is a bit harder, but it's fun when you do
it after a while.

FTP in web sites:

1)Open up telnet and type ftp.urlhere.com 21 It should ask for a user name and password.
Put them in. If all goes well, something like the following should pop up:

at tutorials section):

If tou enter in the IP and port correctly, this should pop up:

220 BulletProof FTP Server ready ...

When you login, it will look like this:

220 BulletProof FTP Server ready ...
USER XXXXXX
331 Password required for XXXXXX.
PASS XXXXXX
530 Can't login : invalid home directory ! < Note-- Change "Home IP" to their IP in the BPFTP "Setup
USER XXXXXX User Accounts" section of th BPFTP Server
331 Password required for XXXXXX.
PASS XXXXXX
230 User XXXXXX logged in.

The < Note-- Is what I put to tell you what you should do if you get that error. That won't
pop up in the telnet window or command prompt.
