HOW THE HELL DO YOU GET LITTLE QUOTES AT THE BOTTOM OF THE PAGE WITH A LINE ABOVE IT?

YOU DONT ACTUALLY TYPE THAT IN EVERY TIME DO U?

You mean like this? You just check the quote tab beside their post and then hit the quote checked tab at the bottom where you normally hit reply.

Or do you mean signatures? I'm confused.

On the main page go to edit signature. Then you begin with [.quote.] type in what you want then end it with [/quote].

note:
Take out the periods that I put in for the beginning.
