isp possible security flaw
i think i might of discovered a security flaw from my isp. can you help me indentify it if it is? ok last night i was using a ip scanner and i discovered that if i scan the next 500 ips after mine i got a whole bunch of stuff on my isp. it was like subscription.pdcomp then it listed the ip and ping time not only was it subscripition info but it was other info like account info as well. they all had 741ms ping time and were domained to my isp. i checked to make sure none of them matched my ip, and they didnt. would this be my isp' sserver or what? wouldnt that be a mojor exploit?
