RFC Resources
Ive found some good sites listing All RFC's Currently on the net. I myself was looking for some and thought Id share it incase somebody needed some or didnt know about them and want to learn more about protocols. Incase you dont know what RFC's are here is a definition.
The Internet Request For Comments (or RFC) documents are the written definitions of the protocols and policies of the Internet.

Nice information.
The main page of www.rfc-editor.org has a search option so that you can search using keyword like MIME or IRC.
Also, if you are interested in how the process of internet standards works you could check out rfc 1310, it is called 'The Internet Standards Process" and decribes how these rfc's work in detail.
It can be found:
ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc1310.txt <-- there
More interesting rfc's are:
The Hitchhikers Guide to the Internet. ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc1118.txt
30 Years of RFCs. ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc2555.txt
There are also some 'light' rfc's like
Statements Of Boredom (SOBs) ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc1438.txt
Hyper Text Coffee Pot Control Protocol (HTCPCP/1.0) ftp://ftp.rfc-editor.org/in-notes/rfc2324.txt

Yes but nothing beats IP over Avian Carriers with Quality of Service.
Now, I want an RFC on "Spam, spam, spam and spam over IP".
