    How do you open an .soe image file or what software should I use to create an CD Bootable Image?

    I use Nero to create bootable CDs

    www.nero.com

    You can download the evaluation version for free. To create the CD you open up "Nero burning rom" and on the left hand side of the window that opens, if you scroll down, you should find a selection to create a boot CD. The default settings should be acceptable. Hope that helps
