sorry for being skeptical but can you post a link to a plain text vesion i dont want to download a zip or a doc
Sorry, no. The doc is layed out in a very nice way, which makes it easy to read and use. I cannot reproduce the same feel in plain text.
If you are skeptical, perhaps you should look around the site just a bit. I'm sure that you'll see that I have been here for quite some time and I have a fairly decent reputation.

droffohcam03,
I agree with what TH13 stated above - he is one of the more respected members here, you have nothing to worry about - plus this file has been downloaded many times by members here (including myself) - if there was a problem, trust me, it would have been made known by now.
TH13 has put together a great document here, you should really check it out...

I wouldn't trust just anyone, but thehorse13 is definately one of the few I do.
If you want to know how to know who you can trust, a good indication is the person's member status and antipoint status. It's not 100%, but when used in conjunction...fairly on it.
Take thehorse13:

I think I got it right?
Senior Member + Lots of Green Antipoints = 99% trustworthy
That's my take on it.
