The Segway carries one person who stands on a small platform with wheels on either side and a steering handlebar. Leaning slightly forward moves the scooter forward; leaning back makes it reverse.

This stupid unstable piece of crap is being recalled because, guess what,
it can't stand up, because it defies common sense, trying to put two
wheels side by side.

Any 12 year old boy knows that if you build a scooter with its wheels
in line, one behind the other, it is inherently stable.
Why do they need this overpriced piece of junk.

A pair of rollerblades is a lot cheaper.
