sharing / limiting bandwidth
i share a 1MB conn. with 3 other people and i wondered if anyone knew a way to split the bandwidth or limit each person's bandwidth to a certain limit?
say if someone was downloading and the opthers wanted to play games then i could allocate 15kb/s or so to each gamer and they would not be affected by the other guy downloading etc.
is it possible? hardware / software?
thanks in advance

I've never used it as there isn't much point in trying to limit my dialup bandwidth.. lol
