Are you intrested in security? ? ? This site is a rich Source of security meassurements that help "PREVENT" or how to handle security issues and also other kind of probles such as hardware and software problems.

What do you mean by Hacking ?(Gf's Hotmail Account hacking, etc.)

Please read first The site Faq and search in the forum for similar post before you get negged or misslead by the type of question that you are asking.

    Have a nice day

You should read everything you can get your hands on , there are plenty of texts on this website plus try some of these links

    http://blacksun.box.sk
    http://www.techtutorials.com/

also if your intrested in internet security etc you should try to get familiar with linux or unix (freeBSD, openBSD)
as these operating systems are more stable than windows and have more advanced security features plus they are open source which will enable you to change and add features as you wish check out these sites for information also security updates are more quick to be addressed as the whole community can check for them and contribute and most of these os developers beleive in full disclosure and addressing the bugs and getting fixes straight out as soon as possible unlike microsoft who tend to take longer for fixes.

    openbsd
    Mandrake <--- good for newbies
linuxiso <-- collection of osi files for linux and bsd

and about hacking depends what you mean people have differnt notions on what hacking involves
hacking can involve a multitude of things, it's not just about downloading someone elses exploit and running it, best thing to do is learn a programming language like C and ASM and learn to eventually write your own
