    if you need a boot disk they many diffrent ones here http://www.bootdisk.com/
    if you down load an NT Xp or 2000 boot disk you should be able to run fdisk with know problems.

    fdisk has trouble removing NTFS partitions. Delpart should do the trick though - I'm sure you'll find it on a google search.

    PoSer's advice of the bootdisk.com will help.. when deleting linux partitions I have found Fdisk to be F@#$&%g useless.. Ranish partition manager is best .. found on the ULTIMATE BOOT DISK.. i am sure that is found on that site..
