    Thanks phishphreek80 for the tips. I scanned the winrar program with housecall,
    i also scanned everything else while i was at it, was all good. Thanks for sending a request
    for support, i appreciate that, very kind of you

    Thanks phishphreek80 for posting that reply, I have also created a log file for NAV and
    submitted it through the Symantec Automated Support Assistant online and hope that they
    can soon resolve this issue.

    Apart from this issue the program and all it's features seem to be working without any
    dramas, and does'nt seem to be affecting anything else that i have noticed. Seems they
    are updating the error page more frequently but only changing the updated date, no new
    information has become available at this time, hope the solution is not too far off.
