    Unhappy PHP help

    hi all,
    i m new to php...
    heard a lot about it, but doesnt know much about it...
    i want to learn it...
    can anyone of u suggest any good website for it... apart from http://www.php.net

    Nothing beats a good book to have at your side and read on ths shitter.

    A good beginner book is PHP ans MySQL Web Developement 2nd edition by Luke Welling, and laura Thomson.

    I agree with http://www.devshed.com Always worked well for me. Has some great stuff on using php and mysql together. I've also found http://www.webmonkey.com to have some good stuff.
