Networking tutorials

I need some tutorials on NETWORKING. Starting from t he basics and upwards. I want to setup networks for medium size businesses.

I need the tutorial to be detailed and with illustrations.

Preferably as a single file (not in html) e.g a PDF or WORD file.

you could do your own conversions..

searching in google with these words.... helmig networking pdf showed a few places.
and here's a nice little pdf (free) online course.

using your imagination in thinking up keywords to enter into google will probably result in sites that offer word documents.. good luck..
