    Red face Safe from spam

    Hello everybody

    I figured something.
When you get junk mail with pictures embedded in it, it is very risky.
What happens is that most times they let the image download from their server, and through that, they come to know that this email is active, and you get SPAMMED ! I was sitting wondering that i dont subscribe to any sites, still i get more and more of it, unti i reached this conclusion.
The way out is to allow only text only email.

Good Luck, another step away from spam

That's certainly one way. The other way is to NOT use the "Remove" option and/or get the server to send back a bounce message.

    Maybe a forged bounced message..

Bounces don't always work, as often the return path is broken.
