Non-English Search Tool Takes the Web World Wider

A technology for finding Web sites by typing words into the address bar of a browser is taking off in South Korea after failing in the United States, and could make the Internet more accessible for non-English speakers.

That's pretty cool. I always wondered how people from a non-English speaking background learn to program.
Even though ASM, C, etc. may seem cryptic to beginners, it is still very heavily english-based.

I should learn another spoken/written language.
