I am intresting in rights, is all kind servers and hubs that I have right to run on my own pc?
I am not sure if it is legal to run p2p hubs on own PC.

That depends on your country's laws. I'm curious as to what you mean by "p2p hubs"? Do you mean to share out software/music via p2p to others? or do you mean the device "hub" (like a switch/router but dumber)?

Your from Norway(?) Perhaps doing a search for laws that your country has in regards to copyright, computer piracy and cyberlaws might be best. Google should be able to help.

In the US, any device (except garage door openers) that bypasses copy-protection methods is generally illegal. In the US and pretty much the rest of the world (all of Europe, for instance), the act of copying someone else's copywritten content is illegal, but the software that you use to do it is not. Generally, though, if you're just blindly facilitating other people's communications, you are not liable for copyright violation that you enable. So, for instance, if you download some w4r3z, your ISP is not at fault, since they let you download anything, copywritten or not.

Once caveat, the EU Copyright Directive was accepted by the EU, and some member states have passed it. This is just as silly as the DMCA, so beware.

I will not speak for the USA as I have no knowledge, but I will speak for the UK which is actually part of the EU,that is, the European Union.

You are permitted to make backups of copyrighted material for your own personal protection. Just don't try to distribute them!!!
That is not actually unusual, as a lot of computer software has the same statement in the EULA?

BTW I think that the blue and yellow flag is Sweden.....a very democratic society, and socialist....would not think Interpol would be a great threat unless you could PROVE considerable MATERIAL GAIN. I also think you would be wasting your time in the UK if you could not prove that either.

It is of my knowledge that also here in the US you have the right yo have 1 Back up copy of any software. And if you look closer to some cd's they have printed legends such as Do not make illegal copies, or something like that. But the only illegal part of that is distributing the software to people that didn't pay for that software. Soy if you make a copy for back up thats not illegal.

I'll take a guess here: promoting terrorism, drug dealing, treason, tax evasion (not avoidance...that is cool), prostitution, anything that is a fraud/scam........?

HUBs like yoshi and ptokax, are thay legal to run on PCs, without share own docs.
Just for "help" other make easy p2p connection.
I know that in sweden will be illegal to use apps like DC++ and kazaa just from 31 december this year. But I dont know how about HUBs that just keep p2p alive.

And do some one know where I can get info about "lows in internet"?
most important is about copyright and disassembling but it must exist more.
