Regarding burning, i got to say Nero is the best i know... yeh it's not free but you can always do something about that *cof cof* crack it *cof cof*
If you really need a 100% free one, give Burn4Free a look. I used it before i shifed to nero.
I read i review on Win 2k3 Server once... here's the link. They make it very clear, it starts of on Win NT and ends in 2003. It's an interesting reading if u can spare the time.
I'll also leave the link to the M$ 2003 link center...feel fre to waste clicks on those too.

2k3 is a server only platforme. Unless you want a webserver or fileserver at home its not much use (and if you do linux dose it better and cheaper.)
Who is more trustworthy then all of the gurus or Buddha’s?

I can't complain... it was a nice, small sized tool that did the trick till i changed to Nero...
