Have you tried uninstalling it?
Just uninstall it, then download a fresh copy from microsoft.

Yeah I saw it, but I've never seen this problem before. lol
I hate to say this, but your best bet might be to reinstall windows.
Backup all of your data and reinstall.

SIGH..... this all started becuase of yahoo i clicked a link bout this cool song thinkin ima listen to it then its click when u see video...so i clicked bein a dumb ass i am not really payin attention to it... when i really couldnt see it.... then its been like that since

Do you not have anything that says video there. That might be your problem. You can try creating a new file I don't know what the blue ones are called, maybe DWORD, but just make it look exactly like the one I have. I would try just adding video/mpeg. Then make sure whatever you're trying to veiw is mpeg and see if that works. If it doesn't I don't think it will do any harm and you can just delete the DWORD(?) registry entry you just made. Just give a try before you do anything drastic. I'm pretty sure it can't hurt anything, if it can then someone please post saying so, so that he doesn't screw anything up following my advice.
