Panda ActiveScan Problem?
Hello everyone
Whenever I try to do online scans from Panda (click ), my Internet Explorer browser just closes right after the download. I used it before and it worked fine, but now it wont work
...Any ideas?

Are you using 'pop up' stopper ?
Hold down the CTRL key when you hit 'scan pc'

Im not using any pop up stoppers for IE. I read the FAQ like 10 times, and searched for google. No luck.

Hi
I just tried it, got about as far as you, and it crashed because I had another interactive AV app running. Check that interactive scanning is turned off for your resident AV.
You will have to check active processes to be sure. Sometimes you just turn off the system tray icon and the process is still there
Good Luck
EDIT: This might not have happened before because AV apps are very volatile and change frequently. I would also check that you have cleared all previous traces of Panda, in case there is something corrupt there?
