    MyIE Load Problem

    Well I'm mostly on AO.com and its also my homepage and password is saved but I got this problem...Dunno how to say it..but I will try to explain lol...
    Let's say i go to General Chit Chat site and I make a thread and stuff and I go back to AO.com....and then I go back to General Chit Chat and instead of reloading the site...it just loads the content that it loaded the first time I went to General Chit Chat.
    So I dunno how to make it load the content every time....
    Any advice ??

    Lol **** i might sound stupid lol...but anyways I use MyIE2 and im not familiar with the IE tools and stuff but I found a check mark saying Clean Cache when closing IE but i guess thats not it lol...so how do you disable catching ??
