Could someone please recomend some computer languages that a newb can learn. I would prefer it it that when you post the computer langauge name you also say the name of the software for it. For example: Basic; Visual Basic 6, etc. Thanks!

Well I have just started to learn how to program and for my first choice I decided to pick Python. Well so far I've been enjoying it and I think that you should give it a try.
