    QoS help

    hey guys. i installed QoS on my xp server because i want to control bandwidth usage for the pc's that are connected in my server. i share internet using xp's ics. i searched on google on how to use this, but i only found products

    i hate it when one user consumes much of the bandwidth while the others suffer. help peeps.
