I think Panda Antivirus 7 platinium is the best one coz i have been using this AV for 2 years and it has never given me a trouble. Nice interface and easy to use.
The adavantage is that Panda AV detects most of the viruses which are un-detectable by Norton and Macfee.

I don't just use 1 antivirus scanner. I treat AV just like any other security...layers are best.

For my win32 clients and servers, I use a combination of Symantec Corporate Edition and AVG. For my mail servers and gateways, I run Symantec (Background Scanner), Kaspersky (Active Scan on Incoming/Outgoing data on NIC), and AVG (Scheduled Scans and Command Line). My firewalls use Network Associates and Trend.
