    missing cmd32.exe?

    Hello,

    I need help!!! Whenever I start up my XP machine and I get a message that says I'm missing cmd32.exe. What can I do?

    What was the last thing you did/installed? is this error on bootup or is this a popup error?

    And have you tried doing a repair by booting from the XP cd?

    have you tried booting into safe mode. Restart your computer and begin to press F8.
    I dont think that cmd32.exe is a windows file. You should check your computer for viruses.
