Okay I'll check some of the origins of the problem that you have mentioned. Anyways, thanks for trying. I really appreciate the help that you have brought. And, make sure you have a HAPPY NEW YEAR GROOVICUS!!! ha

Edit:I checked the "Checklist Sheet" that falcon northwest puts there computers through, and I noticed that it said the PXE was disabled. Do you think you could check your bios and see if yours is enabled. If so, I think we've found our solution...hopefully.

    Hey all,

Thanks for the help. I finally fixed the problem! I found out that the PXE script could be disabled, so I ventured forth to find the fix to this. Here's how I did it:

    • Hit "delete" as the system boots to enter BIOS
    • Navigate to the "Integrated Peripherals" Menu and hit "Enter"
    • Highlight "PXE Support" and hit "Enter"
    • Highlight "Disabled" and hit "Enter"
    • Then press "F10" for Save+Exit

Hope this helps anyone with a similar problem! If having trouble, just PM me and I'll help.

Note: Keep in mind that I have Win XP Home so the same most likely works with PRO, but I'm not sure about Linux-considering I've never used them-(Pretty sure thats not how you get in the BIOS, but probably something similar will fix the problem too).

    Glad you got it working.

Funny how a problem like that is solved by disabling just one little option.
