well some guy in tech support gave him a file im not sure but i think is some overlay and tryed to boot the pc from the floopy and he couln't be cause it wasnt a bootabl;e floopy and i told him severl options and then i figured out that if he goes into command promt he could be alow to run the prog. so i told him to press F8 when booting up and choose command promt olnly and go to the A: drive and run the prog and if it had the virtual A: drive just switch to b:
Im almost 100% sure that is some overlay to make the bios recognice the whole hd
