If you want someone's phone number go look at your local white pages.

Credit Card information is generally considered private between the consumer and the business they are dealing with. Sounds more like you want to collect some CCs to sell or something.. not a good thing IMHO.

sigh...i dont think i want to quote my 2 posts saying I WAS BEING SARCASTIC. ROFL. Playing with CC #s will get you in jail. Seriously, dont even try it. Would u like it to be done to you or your family? Why do it to some else, ruin their credit, their life and their chances of success? I've worked for a bank for 3 years doing various jobs anywhere from teller, IT support, Assistant Manager and Loan Personel, and one thing that struck me the most out of that job, was one customer who had his whole life ruined because someone stole his wallet. They spent all his money in the CCs, stole his Identity, and completely ruined his life. Have you ever seen a grown man surrender and cry? It was heart breaking and the worse part about it was the fact that not many people could do much about it.
