Do you have Yahoo! Instant Messenger installed?

download thecleaner and run it. Also run your uptodate AV. He could have installed a Trojan onto your computer. Thats not THE solution but lets go about this through the system of elimination. Lets get the trojan part out of the way first.

Ummm...I know it might be a pain, but how about just creating a new account?
DO you have a profile somewhere (like here) that lists all aim or messenger accounts? It doesn't sound to me like anything mysterious...he just knows your accounts.

Try going to different IRC servers. If he follows you to every one of them. Then he probably has a keylogger or trojan or some spyware installed on your computer thats sending him information.

Yep, sounds like what I would call a broadcasting beacon account. like a radio station that's on 24/7. I can hear it now:
Hello, here I am, here's my profile, I'm available for harrassment!
A lot of unsuspecting souls fall prey to that. Great advice by those before my post. Cleanup, make sure your AV is updated and make some new accounts!
