packet filter based FW on XP?

Does anyone know of a good packet based filter for XP?
Something like iptables where you just specify ports, ips, and direction.

The commercial personal firewalls have all that application allowance and other checking stuff, where I just want simple rule set / ACL based firewall.

Zonealarm Free. Just turn off application allowance and stick to the ruleset configuring.
