msiesh.dll error

can someone please tell me what msiesh is? it shows up in my installed programs list under control panel / add remove programs. whenever i try to use internet explorer i get an error cannot find msiesh.dll

Kender, from my reading this appears to be a sign of a malware infection. Please download HijackThis from http://www.majorgeeks.com/download3155.html and post a log here. Don't fix anything!! Most of what it lists is necessary for the normal runnin of your computer!!

Thanks still working on it but it is getting better. started using netscape instead of internet explorer so at least i have internet access on the thing.
