dll's exported funcations

Hi Everyone,
Does some one know any good software , which i can use to explore dll and exe files. i mean to say that a software which take list of all functions with function signature and prototypes from the files. i mean to say complete signature , from no of arguments to their data types. Thank you all for you help.

i dont wana know about how to set hook at global level. but what i want is to explorer exported funcations in dll and exe files.
