Get & run SPybot Search & Destroy and AdAware (both from from cnet.com). Update them then run them (one at a time though!!). If that doesn't take care of the problem download HijackThis (get free from http://majorgeeks.com/download3155.html ) and post a log here. DONT FIX ANYTHING unless you're 100% sure what it does - most of what the log shows are neccessary programs and/or integral parts of Windows.

Try running Lavasoft's Ad-Aware. That should remove all programs that keep restoring the stuff you described. After that, delete what's left manually, and see if it comes back again.

Sounds to me like you better change some configuration settings in IE6. You got the icon because You have porn dialers installed on that computer. You can checkout http://www.pestpatrol.com/PestInfo/d/dialer.asp or do a google search such as http://www.google.com/microsoft?q=re...0&hq=microsoft
to remove those annoying dialers.

also, get TheCleaner. Some trojans will drop porn onto your computer too. With all these 3 programs we told you about, make sure you update them first.

Just something to help you along with your postings...
You really should try to avoid the shortcut typing, or leet speak. It takes away from your post, and makes you sound like a kiddie. (example -- 2mrw)
that is just my opinion, take the advice or leave it.
You should think about asking to implement some sort of computer usage policies to deal with your users surfing sites like that.

Unfortunately you can only fire the idiot if there's something in your policy that forbids pr0n surfing. No policy equals not being able to fire the idiot.

If it is a porn dialer then there really is no need to search the web for anything. Just spybot search and destroy, that program alone will probably get rid of it.

I have to disagree weather it's in your policy or not, if you're the owner you have the right to fire anyone you feel uncomfortable with now if you're not then you really can't without permission from the boss.
