I have to disagree weather it's in your policy or not, if you're the owner you have the right to fire anyone you feel uncomfortable with now if you're not then you really can't without permission from the boss.
This may be true in your country but it's definitely not in mine.

Where I live, you used to be able to fire somebody
"for good cause, for bad cause or no cause at all".
Now, you gotta jump through hoops if the employee
filed a Worker's Comp complaint or is a woman
or is a part of a minority group or is gay or is over 40
or blah, blah, blah..............

Why can't you? If you own the buisness you bought it with your own money so if you feel uncomfortable with this employee why can't you fire him? I see no reason not to. And besides you can also add that to your policy. I've never signed up for a job I've always been on the owners side of it all (never had a policy either ) but I would suppose they have that in their policy.

ok i also post on lpu and we had someone break into the site and start sending spam e-mail and spreading viruses. someone told me if you opened the attachement to the e-mail (supposedly from the lpu staff) it would infect your computer with a self replicating worm, discuised as a cookie from a porn site !!! fortunately i don't check my e-mail and i never open attachments. but i finally did go into my e-mail site (in lpu w/wusername and password) and there were 250 pieces of spam e-mail (probably infected too)
everything you say to me takes me one step closer to the edge:
AND I\'M ABOUT TO BREAK...LP
