Hmm very bad idea under [certain editions of] Windows is to run a file from the command prompt. Somebody, here [sorry to not remember who] pointed out that if in cmd Win will not care about the extension of a file and automatically launch it as an exec. Of course, your AV shouldn't allow it but...
