Nihil, (and others who may not know Emeril):

He is a chef, he loves Cajun cooking which has a tendency for "warmth"..... He has a spice mix he loves to throw on things...... He's a tad, er, what's the word????, "enthusiastic".... that's it.... So, he finishes a great meal and then takes his spice mix.... Jumps in the air as he throws a pinch on it hard and yells "BAM"...... when it really needs a bit of spice he does it three or four times.... "BAM BAM BAM BAM".....
