How can i be anonymous?

I use a proxy then i hid my web surfing. but am i anonymous in use of hacking tools such as vulnerablity scanners , ftp crackers, telnet crackers, and so on???

How can i hid my clue and ip when i hack ? help me please.

I almost really hate to burst your bubble......BUT, YOU CAN STILL BE TRACED EVEN IF YOU USE A PROXY.
Consequently, any scanning, cracking, and other neferious activities you might engage in can be traced right back to you also.

Heh heh heh....bet you never even thought that a lot of proxy servers are like honey pots and they just exist to provide the various authorities with the IP's of those who are trying to hide their activities.

Most proxies are only good for exactly what they say they are normally for... in this case you mentioned web surfing. So unless you've made your own server than can scan then send you the results and/or auto-root for you then forward remote shell from one computer to another bleh...

Very true..............if you think about it, anonimity involves keeping quiet and staying hidden, it is reactive.

Scanning, cracking and other such activities are proactive...............you immediately advertise your presence by the "noise" you are making. You almost certainly violate the terms of your ISPs and you most certainly can be traced by them.

Over the past week or so I've seen alot of these guys on for some reason. Peaple get greened for the most stupid stuff ever. I'm proof of that... but I dunno it just seems like he should be banned by now as he clearly has nothing to offer except entertaining little threads such as this which ultimately degrades & kills off most boards.

He does have something to offer...he will be one of US....

That might sound really stupid to you becuase you probably dont classify me as one of you because of my short AO-lifespan.But let me tell you this, if it was not for AO, I would be in IRC stalking some inoccent prey with SUB7.
But ever since I started getting my knowledge here, I changed, I became a true HACKER.
No I dont know how to break codes or secure networks or anything like that, but I am a HACKER because of my fundamentals.
We all are hackers, in fact, AO is the WHITE-HAT playground to me.

I bet he came here to learn to CRACK, but as our great knowledge-bearers here at AO passes their knowledge to him, he would stop trying to break websites and start fixing them(I know that AO taught me this)

So, theSpecialist, help him became a part of a society full white-hats, because the more we have, the stronger we are......

One day he might even teach you a thing or two.
