Doesn't Spybot have the "Bad product blocker" and "Immunization" features with it though?

You may also want to consider upgrading to XP and using a browser other than IE. Try Mozilla www.mozilla.com , Netscape www.netscape.com , or any one of the other browsers out there. (I like Mozilla Firefox)
Try a firewall as well, www.sygate.com for Sygate Personal Firewall.
Look through the tutorial section here for advice on how to lock down your browser, and your OS.
Oh yeah, run Linux too....
Real security doesn't come with an installer.
