The worse part is, its mostly minorities who live in poverty. I guess their education taught them, the only way out is the easy way out.

<rant>I know some very succesful, educated people that sue becasue they want to stand up for what is right. What is wrong with that? If everyone stood up for their rights in this country it would be a much better place.</rant>
