    'Survivor' site contains malicious code

Do we have any Survivor fans out there, if so, beware. Code embedded in a site likely to be surfed by fans of the 'Survivor' TV show takes advantage of known software flaws.

Users who visit the site without adequate antivirus protection on their PCs are at risk of being infected by three Trojans coded into scripts maliciously embedded in its content: VBS/Psyme, Debeski and Java Script/IE.startgen.d.

Damn and i was on there the other week to Vote for "Rupert" to win the One Million dollar runner up type prize.
That would explain why my AV started to act all mental, me just thought that it wanted me to Vote for someone else.

    Read the article.

The site, owned by a party that has licensed the word "survivor" in a top-level US domain -- not linked to the television network -- today contained a smorgasbord of malicious code embedded in HTML scripts.

Our answer to everything... "Sue Them".

    This is really getting sickening.

Well, how else are we ever going to get the money we deserve for our efforts?

Hey, just follow the rest of society. If you can learn to find things to sue over you may end up very happy in life. However, I just worry about having a good time and programming and the day people find reasons to sue over code is the day I spend all my time locked in a closet. I just can't stand walking in the store and hearing people plan things they can sue over. The worse part is, its mostly minorities who live in poverty. I guess their education taught them, the only way out is the easy way out.
