Question: would you guys most prefer this to work for only user-selected hidden posts, or also for banned users' hidden posts and/or ignored users' hidden posts?

I have never used the ignore feature, but would assume that if you wanted to ignore some one their posts should remain hidden.
The other two would be good to have able to use a mass un-hidden on.

I set this up for cookie users only for the moment. That way I don't have to add yet another user option, along with the code for setting it, to the site options page yet. If there are enough users who don't use cookies who want this feature as well, I'll chage the way it works so they can have it too.
Try this: show all hidden posts
I also added a link to control this in the "Member Functions" sectin of the home page, under the AP center link.

Doesn't seem to work for me, posts from banned users are still hidden (and I have Firefox set to accept all cookies).

Works perfectly fine for me (in FireFox)
It only seems to work for posts that have been hidden by the user, though (not for banned members' posts).

I found and fixed the error with showing banned users' posts.
