Sry I didn't mention E_SIcN03.exe is for an epson printer..
thanks jinxy and netspyder..
I am cautious as to what I install in customers equipment. This reduces the chance of problems from installing and uninstalling software.. needless t o mention licencing problems with loading commercial software in this manner..
