the only way i can think of possibly recovering something deleted is if you can reconstruct the FAT (file allocation tables) for the card. One program i think can do this (as long as you havn't written anything on the card) is norton unerase. I have used it to scan my "free space" for recoverable files...

it is possible to recreate date by using a hex editor. It is not easy but it can be done.

I have seen it,but I have never done it myself.
I have 315 relays and 118 switches and have all the power of a calculator.

Solid state, flash memory, it's not feasible or practical, it doesn't store data like a disk.

Hi, in theory you can, because flash media is no different from any other media. You don' actually delete the data, just mark the space as available.
If it is a digital camera, or card reader you shold have software on the CD that will do it.
What sort of device is it?
Cheers

and if you're willing to pay then you may want to get hold of these guys

and if you don't want to pay... you might want to try this

can't guarantee what it's like- though it may be worth a shot
