There are a few ways to deal with this; first off, delete all cache and related IE cookies. Go through the add/remove programs and remove anything you think is related to the malware. I would say not to use system restore until you read about what it actually does (not as much as you think)

Also, I'd say stay away from unregistering .dll and system files unless you're an expert in windows file protection (as they'd just be replaced anyways, if not done properly).

It's a serious tool though; make sure not to bypass those registry backups, as you could do some damage with this one.

Or you could do us all a favour and STOP USING INTERNET EXPLORER. Pretty much ALL spyware/malware/adware is IE-specific. Mozilla is free and super easy to install.
