TO me it looks like some one gave her a shot.
But he has only gotten a name change on you, or incryption or so.
Not to hard to overcome if you can cancel account and reassemble it all id it is even cutom?
You may be able to find IP or if you have block it but it may be a dial up kid
which means the IP changes every time he get on the net....

Hrmm, in conclusion to all the advice: Report the IP to the respected ISP and be safe next time.
