If you wish to be sure you are clean, using the AdAware and Spybot duo will detect and clean most common keyloggers as well as almost any spyware/maleware.

To be absolutely sure, here are some other links to programs that could help you.

Both AdAware and Spybot do pick up on common run-of-the-mill keyloggers but really don't work that well against the more esoteric ones.
While testing various anti-spyware utilities last year (find.pcworld.com/40211), I discovered that two otherwise top-notch spy catchers, Lavasoft’s Ad-aware and PepiMK Software’s Spybot Search & Destroy, weren’t particularly good at finding the keyloggers that I had running in stealth mode on my test PC. Two other programs — PestPatrol Inc.’s PestPatrol and Webroot’s Spy Sweeper — were better, though still hit-or-miss. No product found all of the keyloggers I had installed. And even when they did find one, seldom could they completely disable or remove it.

Swatit is one of the best I have found at finding and removing them. Other than that try a combination of the various ones avalible to find and remove them. Swatit finds them mostly because they are installed via a trojan and have phone home capabilities. It is slow, but really goes through your files in depth. Swatit

Also, one of the links I provided in my other post, shows the best ways to detect and find hardware keyloggers. Don't forget to check for those if anyone has physical access to your equipment.

Uhh, I was talking to nihil.

And moxnix: Yeah, I have SwatIt Pro and it work's wonder's on finding those really HIDDEN trojan's/bot's/keylogger's/etc on the system. I've had it for awhile and even though the scan's take awhile sometime's, it's worth it as it's a very in-depth scan.
