what is the sa.dat file?
Howdy,
I noticed a hidden sa.dat file in my %systemroot%\tasks\ folder. I'm having some troubles finding a good explaination on it. This doesn't do much for me: http://grads.iges.org/grads/gadoc/descriptorfile.html. I noticed it on W2K boxes and XP.
Anyone have a *good* explanation for this?
Ths,
Myk

even though there is not a very good explination, from what i was able to find on google (yes, i was able to find stuff on google) is that sa.dat is a file that is used by the scheduling agent (hence the sa) and it is much like the index.dat in the cookies folder
